Hello everyone;

There has been a substantial change in the fight over the proposed lead certification ordinance and I wanted to bring you up-to-date. As many of you know, the City of Omaha had originally proposed two lead ordinances. One was a general nuisance ordinance. This ordinance made chipping and peeling lead containing paint a hazard. No different that most cities accross the country.
